So i purchased platinum coins for diablo 4 through microsoft using my microsoft account 4 days ago. its the only thing linked to my battlenet account. i bought the 22.99 deal for 2800 coins. battle net took my money. i have a receipt from microsoft showing i bought 2800 coins. mind you this is through microsoft. i waited 24 hours to put a ticket in like it says to. i got a response immediately. sure they said just show us the receipt. so i did. they responded we need the receipt with the gamertag on it. ummmmm… i didnt get that… i got the receipt it gave me showing i bought them. i never even got asked anything else after purchase like where the coins where going what character.
so basically battle net and microsoft have a scam going where they act like the one hand doesnt know what the other is doing. but heres the thing battle net even knows i made the purchase knows how much it was knows that nobody else is even trying to claim these coins or the purchase because they know i made the purchase but wont give me what i purchased… its crazy
