The GM bot said that my subscription is not active so that’s why I didn’t get the mount, but guess what?! I can still login and play WoW because I’m always paying one year in advance - right after I pay I also cancel my sub.
Always doing it for every service, not just WoW.
I never keep an active subscription to anything so don’t be offended dear Blizzard that I’m not keeping yours active. I hate leaving my PayPal account wide open for the tens of services sucking $$ these days (see Netflix, Prime Video, Google’s YouTube, Disney, etc).
Since I paid for one year of WoW, I deserve the mount that is awarded for 6-12 months subscriptions. It’s a matter of principle and rules. End of story.
If you’re not offering the bonus for paying in advance what’s the point of paying in advance? the 10 Euro economy ? no. I’m actually paying in advance to have the 20-30 euro mounts - but this year I didn’t receive it. I did receive it in the past. So what’s changed ?!
Please fix your rules to include every paying customer. Thank you.
