Hello, I live in Switzerland and currently pay for my games in euros. In a mail I received from battle.net the 23 January 2024, it announced that in less than 30 days the swiss franc (CHF) would be the currency used for my transactions. However, almost 6 months later, this change never took place. I already tried to contact the support through a ticket but the exchange was very confusing and didn’t solve the problem. Some responses I got mentioned that CHF was available, while others said it was not. Does anyone have faced the same situation and managed to solve it ? Or did the currency change apply correctly to you?
